Horrible place - please avoid at all costs! Really grubby (floors, furnishings, all surfaces and windows really filthy). Everything broken, TV remote, curtains hanging off tracks, power outlets - only a few working, lights inadequate, shower rose leaking and broken so almost impossible to bathe. The bed supposedly queen size is not (small double at best). Staff entered unannounced prior to the 10am check out time!!! On our arrival staff member was late (leaving us in the street with our baggage) despite telling us that we must be punctual for the 3pm check in. We were very disappointed and let them know - they were rude and had every excuse under the sun. This is a really unprofessional outfit and the apartment is unfit for human habitation! I have stayed in some fairly ordinary places (often cheap) over the years but this place is by far the worst and I would rate minus 5 stars if I could.

The only reason I’m giving this place one star is that you have to give it something in order to be able to submit the review. But this place is appalling, such a letdown after all the florid descriptions in the listings enticing us to book here. The place was filthy, the appointments, such as in the kitchen, were non-existent, the floor so dirty that we had to walk around in shoes all the time, the cleaners barged in at the end of our stay before our time was up, and without knocking, and… So many issues we raised with the company afterwards, only to be fobbed off with disingenuous weasel words. They offered us 10% discount on their next visit… But why would we book with them again anyway? As if! Stay here at your own risk. The only thing good about it is the location, which is excellent. You would stay here only if you had absolutely no alternative.
